This wasn’t the best book I read as can be seen by the limited amount of snippets I got from it.  But a few words of wisdom nevertheless.

I’ve found that persons who fear risks are persons who doubt their ability to function successfully in unfamiliar situations. The concept to focus on here is self-doubt.
