haha – Pocket Rockets! I remember those days well. I didn’t know MMO was living in LA. Uncle Brent got married and is a dad now. Ha! This is even more amazing. Since we have been only focused on outbound markets, we haven’t had to touch the ICP yet.

Nevertheless, brilliant foresight on the part of the goverment to put plans like this in place.

Paul,
All websites are individually responsible for changing their logos/text/images to grayscale when they are required to. Self-monitoring is required by law and you agree to it during the ICP license process.

There was a lot of scrambling to get it done during the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, but once you have a black/gray logo and a CSS template, you just need your ops team to switch it when the order comes down to raise the flag half-mast.
