My physical came back – and all is good (heart, pressure,etc.) but my iron level is a bit low.   So, very good news, as it explain why I had such a hard time doing the great wall hike.  Easy to fix to.   Scheduled for a few infusion of iron over next few weeks – and that should top me up.     Iron controls the oxygen level in the blood – so it would have been a bit of an issue at higher altitudes.  As it stands, few weeks it should be back up.   I think energy level will increase, sleep quality, etc.  – so getting bit of iron should be quite nice.
