Today is an amazing day. Thing clicked today – and I mean really clicked. My mind has been on RedStores business plan and strategy. I mentored on Sunday at iWeekend and basically had been in a startup mode. All of this had forced me to think on how to fulfill the vision “Enabling China to go direct”.
Today was one of those eureka! moments – where the answer that seems so completely easy and trivial doesn’t come to light.
So, I’m not able to share this “eureka” here – but let’s just say that this little piece make RedStores instantly scalable, and a very, very cool play. And yet very easy to implement given what we have.
So, it’s simplicity is absurd but it took months to get to this geniusly simple answer. Unreal that it was right in front of me, but I wasn’t able to see it.
This weekend will be dedicated to working the detail plan. This is so amazing that as of now I don’t see how it could NOT work (where as before I always had some things to still work out). Its been of of those OMG days.
Besides that Xmas sales are solid and we are pulling overtime due to higher than expected demand. All of our channels are working quite well and some significantly exceeding expectations.
