Spent the whole day with D…. and C…. going over corp.. structures, setting up accounting structures, etc. Basically, huge progress, key elements that where missing, such as strong inventory control, purchasing system, corporate entities all in place. So, what is left is to put it all together. structurally I think 90% clarity.
so, bulk of the day on financial systems. Had to leave around 2pm, pack and off to airport for HK.
Still jet lagged, so running on 4h sleep and coffee. This is my first trip to HK ever, so I if I wasn’t falling asleep on my feet I would likely be quite excited to go.
