Devil in the details

And so, as I’m preparing for the pitch, I’m running over and over the business plan and asking myself questions that I would be asking someone else should I be investing in them. Having done the pitch a few times now to a couple of friends, the details are easier and easier to do, almost to the point where they are getting atomic. Which is great.

So, I go to my favorite mind mapping tool and go over and over the little details that hide in the big picture.

In a way this is quiet easy since it’s nice to leverage my experience from before to see what will be needed for this.
