Work and schedule have been getting in the way of training. Been canceling training session. Luckily my trainer is good and kicked my butt today. Definably not easy balancing all things! Here message from Sunny:
“I’ve had it.you’d better quit training and make a refund to your camping cause you are wasting time and money to daydream going camping.you’ll never make it if you keep acting like this.give up or keep up with training to reach your goal,you decide.”
So, need to face the brutal truth and refocus. Of course I’m not canceling – and we reschedule for work outs during the evenings so that i can focus on work during work hours – and fitness during off hours.
