Today was  a bit of a challenging day for me.  I  was looking around the SilverDevotion site (on a technical level) – and I really, really wanted to jump in and start working hands on –on getting the site up and performing.   I did take some actions BUT at the same time, I had to really focus on not ‘doing’ the work BUT rather on finding the people to do the work instead of me.    So, I think this is the issue many entrepreneurs face.   We can do most of the things in our companies, but it does not mean we should.  So, today, rather than doing ‘all the work’ – I instead worked on focusing on how to bring the right people on board to get the work done.

In any event, the strong desire to ‘jump in’ was definitly there – and it took a great deal of self discipline to NOT jump in!
