First day at work and have spent the whole day meeting individually with my mgmt team to discuss the 2011 business plan.
I have made some very significant changes and bets on our future and wanted that I was on the right track and didn’t miss anything.
The meetings, all over at the cafe, went great with each person offering a unique perspective. Overall all the plan is good and we will be moving forward with it.
Over next few days I plan to work on presentation about what will happen and plan to share that with the whole company. This will also serve as foundation of my fundraising presentation.
Since we have this still marked as “confidential” il going to hold off sharing the details of the details but will say that I’m delighted with everyones support and their enthusiasm.
