Next week is very team oriented and team development focused.
I need to fnish up some tactical things – and keep moving on strategic initiatives, but I can already see that 80% will be focused on ‘people’! Nevetheless – overall – the weeks looks pretty nice and open – and I should be able to accomplish a whole bunch of things.
